How many times have you said “I only have 15 min or half hour free today for my workout.  I’ll just skip it, it won’t be a productive workout. What can I do in 15 minutes??”

Or….” I ate a bunch of high calorie unhealthy food for lunch, I may as well eat a bunch off unhealthy food for dinner and all night long, I already screwed up!”


Get back on track the minute you realize you got OFF track!  It matters!  Every meal contributes towards your goals….your progress.  500 calories off and 1,000 calories off are 2 very different things!  Give yourself a break, breathe and say you’ll do better for your next meal or kill that workout in 15 minutes if that’s all you have.  We’re not perfect.  We will have setbacks on our journey towards our goals but NEVER lose sight of the end goal…every decision you make matters!
