One-on-one personal training

Work with nationally certified trainers to reach your goals. It’s simple….If you are committed to doing the work, we will lead you to the place you may have struggled to get to. We LISTEN to and EDUCATE each client with regards to what they need to reach their individual goal. Nutrition, lifestyle changes, proper training all go hand-in-hand. SPIN/HIIT CLASSES (50 min)

1-3 minute intervals of high intensity Spinning….jump off your bike to perform timed intervals of strength exercises for upper body, legs, AND core! No body-part goes unchallenged in this high energy class.

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 PM

YOUTH TRAINING (12-15 yrs.)

G2 Training is happy to respond to the overwhelming demand for personalized training of young people here in Syosset and surrounding areas. We are happy to announce we offer Personal Training and Conditioning Class packages for young people ages 12-15.

PERSONAL TRAINING – Work with certified trainers on increasing performance in ALL sports. Individual attention to your child’s FORM and PROGRESSION is our #1 priority. Watch your child’s self-confidence grow through positive reinforcement. Training can be scheduled individually or with up to 2 friends.

CLASSES – Conditioning classes will consist of 45 minutes of bodyweight, core conditioning. AGILITY, BALANCE, COORDINATION and ENDURANCE are challenged! Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30pm.
