Often we take the most precious things in our life for granted. Our health is often at the top of that list. Only when we or someone we love falls ill do we really consider the dire importance of our health. If you are reading this and genuinely put in the time day after day to feed your physical body with the nutrients it needs to function optimally…. and the movement it needs to keep your mind healthy as well….you and your family and friends have something to be truly grateful for. If not, you are missing out! Movement is freedom. Relief from anxiety, depression, stress, a clouded mind… which oftentimes leads to physical illness.
Make movement a part of your day. One step at a time. A short walk counts.
