The past year has been challenging for everyone, and we hope that you are all safe and healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our clients back into the studio and to welcome new clients as well. Many fitness studios did not make it through these tough times.

Please read through our new policies and procedures. We understand that not everyone is comfortable coming into our studio, even with strict protocols in place. We will continue offering remote training via ZOOM and FaceTime.

When booking sessions in our studio, please note the following:

We encourage all clients to bring their own mats, towels, and a pen to sign a COVID SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE upon entering the studio.


Bandanas and Gaiters do NOT qualify as an acceptable face covering.

We will utilize outdoor space during sessions for any high intensity work, which can be performed outside without a mask with adequate distancing. As the weather gets warmer, we plan to hold outdoor classes.


We have designated 3 work stations in our studio. 3 clients will be the MAX in the studio at a given time. Equipment will not be shared during a session.

Mandated cleaning and disinfecting are always done between client sessions.

We have proactively installed additional touchless hand sanitizing stations throughout the studio and a touchless soap dispenser in the restroom. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have also upgraded our HVAC air filtration system.


Scheduling and canceling are to be done SOLELY through the G2 app and not texting.

Availability is up to date on our app. Time slots have been reduced to use the time to keep all equipment properly sanitized.
