STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO ALL THE "PERFECT PEOPLE" ON INSTAGRAM!

Don't be paralyzed by thoughts like:

-"I could never get there”

-"That body is not attainable for ME!”

-"If I start working out, I don't want to get big like that!”

-"Only certain people can get in shape like that, not me!”

-"I wouldn't even know where to start to get fit like that”

The truth is, every single person started from scratch.  One squat, one sit-up, one push up, one workout! May sound cliche, but you have to start somewhere, JUST START and DON'T STOP!

You'll be amazed at your progress when you just commit and begin.  We help you do that.

Also, are you 40, 50 and comparing your body or fitness level to someone who is 20 years old?  If you want to play the comparison game (we all do), try instead taking a look at one of your peers.  How do you measure up?  Feel proud if you are pushing your limits more than your peers! Making workouts an integral part of your life, while they engage in channel surfing on the couch!  As we get older, we will get more tired and unmotivated if we don't KEEP MOVING!! That's the truth.  Energy begets energy.

That being said, how awesome is it if you are the one that encourages your friends/peers to get moving!  When they ask, tell them your consistent workouts are the reason you look and feel so great! 

Regardless of age....you can age gracefully, beautifully and strong....what's the alternative??
